When I went back to try and install the original set of utilities, I couldn’t find them again. I proceeded to copy files and folders to the easystore drive, delete them and then empty the recycle bin to free up disk space. I surmised some of the problem might be to the low disk space problem.
I was unable to install the utility software that came with it. I bought the 5TB USB portable drive to clean up my hard drive and then continue the online backup. I had been copying folders folders from a Google account I want to shut down and hadn’t been paying attention. I noticed I was extremely low on disk space. I have multiple issues, most due to my user error.
